Hotel Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation Policy
   - All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
   - A valid credit card or advance payment may be required to secure a reservation.
   - Rates are based on occupancy and may vary depending on the number of guests and room type selected.
   - Special requests such as room preferences, dietary requirements, or additional services should be communicated at the time of booking.

2. Check-in and Check-out
   - Check-in time is typically after 3:00 PM, and check-out time is usually before 12:00 PM, unless otherwise stated.
   - Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
   - Additional charges may apply for early check-in or late check-out.

3. Cancellation and Modification
   - Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate and booking conditions.
   - Guests are advised to review the cancellation policy at the time of booking.
   - Changes or modifications to reservations may be subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Payment and Charges

  - Payment is typically required upon check-in unless otherwise specified.
   - Additional charges such as taxes, service fees, and incidental expenses may apply.
   - The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge the provided credit card for incidentals or damages.

5. Occupancy and Guest Policies
   - The maximum occupancy per room is determined by fire safety regulations and hotel policies.
   - Additional guests may incur extra charges and must be registered at the time of check-in.
   - The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or accommodation to guests who violate hotel policies or display disruptive behavior.

6. Facilities and Services
   - Hotel facilities and services are provided for registered guests' use during their stay.
   - Some amenities or services may be subject to availability or seasonal closures.
   - The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay.

7. Pets Policy
   - Pets may allowed in designated areas but not in the rooms. this is subject to prior arrangement 
   - Guests are responsible for their pets' behavior and must adhere to the hotel's pet policy.

8.Liability and Indemnity
   - The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the guest's stay, except where negligence is proven.
   - Guests are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution when using hotel facilities or participating in activities.

9. Force Majeure:
   - The hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations in the event of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

10. Dispute Resolution
   - Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved amicably between the parties. If not resolved, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya.

By making a reservation and/or staying at our hotel, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The hotel reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
   - Cancellations must be made in accordance with the terms outlined below to avoid penalties.
   - Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe may result in charges equivalent to a portion or the full amount of the reservation.

2. Individual Reservations
   - For individual reservations, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid penalty.
   - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night stay.

3. Group Reservations
   - Group reservations may be subject to different cancellation policies based on the size of the group and the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
   - Group organizers are responsible for communicating the cancellation policy to all group members and ensuring compliance.

4. Special Promotions or Packages:
   - Reservations booked under special promotions, packages, or discounted rates may be subject to different cancellation policies as specified at the time of booking.
   - Additional terms and conditions may apply to promotional offers, including non-refundable deposits or prepayment requirements.

5. Procedure for Cancellations
   - Guests must provide written notice of cancellation via email, phone, or through the booking platform used to make the reservation.
   - The hotel will confirm receipt of the cancellation and provide any necessary documentation for reference.

6. Refunds and Charges
   - Refunds for cancellations made within the specified timeframe will be processed in accordance with the hotel's refund policy.
   - No-shows or cancellations made outside the designated cancellation period may result in charges equivalent to a portion or the full amount of the reservation.

7. Force Majeure
   - In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the guest, such as natural disasters, acts of God, or government regulations, the hotel may waive cancellation fees at its discretion.

8. Amendment of Policy
   - The hotel reserves the right to amend or update the cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
   - Any changes to the cancellation policy will be communicated to guests via the hotel's website, booking platforms, or direct communication channels.
